About the role
- This role is paid over a 12 month period, including scheduled school breaks and summer break.
- The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hour.
- This rate, coupled with the additional 60 days of school break pay we offer, results in annualized pay that is, on average, significantly more than our district peers.
Responsibilities
- Paid or volunteer experience working with students or children in an academic or behavioral support setting.
- KIPP Northern California supports you with professional development, coaching, and collaboration.
Requirements
- B.A. degree (or minimum 48 units in process) or
- Ability to navigate school and classroom settings.
- Ability to access and utilize technology.
- Title I paraprofessionals whose duties include instructional support must have:

- Bilingual in languages that reflect our student populations (preferred)
