About the role

This role serves as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring enterprise financial systems continue to meet evolving mission needs while supporting modernization initiatives and organizational change.

Lead a team responsible for sustaining and modernizing enterprise financial systems.
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology solutions.
Lead analysis of organizational changes, policy updates, and emerging requirements to assess impacts on enterprise financial systems.
Support enterprise modernization initiatives, including ERP transformation, data modernization, automation, and process optimization.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.

8+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems within the Department of Defense or Federal Government.
Strong understanding of Financial Management business processes and enterprise operations.
Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or other enterprise ERP platforms.
Experience supporting financial system modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with organizational change management, business process reengineering, or enterprise architecture.
Experience with data analytics, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
SAP certification, PMP, Agile, or other relevant professional certifications.
