- Who You Are Mikisew Cree First Nation is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Kahkiyow Keykanow Elders Care Home (KKECH) team on a CASUAL basis.
Responsibilities
- Documents patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the facility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an LPN or similar role.
- Willingness and ability to work after hours and/or weekends when required.
- IV therapy experience would be considered an asset.
- Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the Province of Alberta.
- Current basic CPR.
- Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Other Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 5 AB driver's license and own or access to a vehicle.
- Clear Drivers Abstract.
- Successful completion of First Aid.
- Willing to work flexible schedule.
