Collaborate with wider teams to for end to end feature deliverables build and maintain production quality Firmware
Design and develop modules in embedded firmware for Samsung's Wireless Connectivity solutions
Experience in developing firmware for wireless communication protocols (WLAN).

You're collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Discipline with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's with 3+ years or PhD with 0+ years in field of wireless communication technologies.
Ability to debug issues with low-level embedded software, custom/proprietary code and enhancements.
WLAN standards, domain knowledge of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) MAC protocols, WFA protocols and coexistence with other wireless technologies such as BT, UWB and cellular.
Knowledge of OFDM, OFDMA principals, beam forming and RF concepts will be additional advantage.
Ability to use various debugging tools such as wireshark, testing tools such as WFA test beds, version control tools such as git.
Knowledge of Python will be additional advantage
Strong understanding of MAC Layer concepts & physical layer (e.g., modulation analysis (OFDM, OFDMA)) Concepts.
Familiarity with WLAN standards & domain knowledge of Wi-Fi MAC/PHY Specifications.

Familiarity with other wireless technologies such as BT, Ultra-Wide band and Cellular 4G/5G not required but preferred.
