Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in program scheduling, planning, or a related field, preferably within a Department of War (DoW) or government contracting environment.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of scheduling principles, including critical path methodology, resource loading, and baseline management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Milestones Professional software.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or VBA for data analysis and automation.
- Experience supporting U.S. Missile Defense Systems and/or DoW developmental test programs.
