Responsibilities
- Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial statement accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate shared service functions
- Manage capital expenditure reporting, project tracking, and post-audit analysis
- Support cash management, bank reconciliations, and allocation processes
- Identify and implement accounting process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance
- Maintain internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements

Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or financial analysis required
Nice to have
- Preferred Certifications
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance preferred
- SAP experience preferred
Compensation
- Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
