About the role

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced M365 and compliance solutions to enhance organizational communication and collaboration while ensuring data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Administration of a small footprint of Azure services along with data archiving architecture.

Implement and maintain security and compliance protocols, including data classification, retention policies, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies in MS Purview.
Manage migrations to GCCH and oversee upgrades of M365 services, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Contribute to the Enterprise Collaboration Services team strategy and develop junior level engineers Contribute to the VoIP solution as it relates to Teams Calling and conferencing.

In-depth knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with compliance workflows.
