- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD Job Summary Vomela has an on-site Service Desk Analyst Level 3 opportunity in our IT Operations Team out of our Elk Grove Village, IL and Franklin Park, IL locations.
- Service desk analyst receives and handles requests for on-site and remote service, following agreed procedures.
Responsibilities
- On-site position, business hours 7:00am-3:30pm Central time, rotating after hours on-call support.
- Travel could be up to 5% (out of town) as needed for remote support.
- Travel: Travel could be up to 5% (out of town) as needed for remote support.
- We are seeking qualified individuals with 3+ years of Service Desk experience looking to further develop their IT skill set.
- Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
- Maintains or creates records in knowledgebase, informs users about the process, and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
Nice to have
- An associate degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems.
- CompTIA certifications desired. (ITF+, Tech+, A+, Network+, Security+) Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Skills
- Time management skills to multitask and adhere to SLAs.
- Problem-solving skills around analyzing issues, critical thinking, creativity, and finding solutions quickly.
- Education/Experience: An associate degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems.
- 3-5 years of related work experience is preferred.
Compensation
