- Expense Report Review: Verify reimbursements and per diem rates so every expense report is right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Build and import CSV files for bank, credit card, and advertising transactions.
- Manage the approval workflow so every expense is authorized and accounted for.
- Deliver error-free financial reports that leadership can trust.
- Support month-end and year-end close, including intercompany billing for executive commissions and shared services.
- Support audits with clean data and quick, accurate adjustments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting role, ideally with high transaction volume.
- Solid grasp of accounting principles, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Sharp analytical skills and a genuine love of precision.
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication style.

- This is a remote role with standard business hours, with some extra hours expected during month-end and fiscal year-end close.
