Responsibilities
- Build advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks to evaluate funding alternatives and capital strategies.
- Partner with teams across credit, data, finance, and operations to support the development and execution of capital markets initiatives.
- Develop tools and processes to streamline investor reporting, materials preparation, and transaction analysis.
- Support transaction lifecycle activities, including planning, execution support, reporting, and ongoing performance analysis.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings strong experience in finance, structured analysis, and capital markets, with the ability to combine quantitative skills with strategic thinking.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, fintech, asset management, structured finance, or a related analytical field.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, including asset-backed securities, corporate finance, and capital structure analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and investors.
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies to enhance business processes.
Nice to have
- CFA, MBA, or similar advanced qualification is a plus.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD, with additional compensation opportunities through annual incentives and equity participation.
