Responsibilities
- You'll collaborate with prime brokers to resolve trade breaks and maintain smooth operational workflows.
- You'll review monthly Administrator NAV packages, update portfolio accounting systems when needed, and maintain fund accrual schedules.
- Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first fund, in an environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.

Requirements
- You will be required to work full-time in the office, applying your dedication and technical expertise to support operational and client-facing responsibilities.
Nice to have
- You must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and three plus years of financial services experience, specifically in middle office work with alternative investment funds.

Compensation
- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($70,000-$95,000).
