About the role
- This is a paid, industry-leading training program to help you acquire the necessary licenses to be a Financial Professional with Corebridge Financial.
- As a Retirement Specialist in Training, you will be solely focused on studying for the SIE, Series 7 & 66, as well as the State Variable Life & Health licenses, which you are expected to obtain within120 days of your start date.
- We provide you with a comprehensive study schedule, exam sponsorships, and study materials which consist of reading materials, videos, and live training.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and work successfully within a team environment
- Ability to create / develop systems and efficiencies to service client needs
- Employees may use up to 16 volunteer hours annually to support activities that enhance and serve communities where employees live and work.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ year's relevant industry or customer service experience
- Ability to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 as well as State Variable Life & Health licenses within 120 days of start date
- Having SIE in advance is strongly preferred but not required.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Compensation
- In the U.S., our competitive 401(k) Plan offers a generous dollar-for-dollar Company matching contribution of up to 6% of eligible pay and a Company contribution equal to 3% of eligible pay (subject to annual IRS limits and Plan terms).
