Responsibilities
- Work with ASE and internal Google teams in scoping, designing, and developing custom solutions and features, along with impact analysis and reporting.
- Develop an understanding of various solutions and troubleshoot solution issues in ASE's environment.
- Provide L1 support by performing intake, triage, and validation of issues to assign severity (P0-P3).
- Provide L2 support to handle common fixes using runbooks and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Python, SQL, GCP and Lookerstudio.
- Proficiency in JAVA, Javascript, SQL, APIs, Angular/React, CSS, and HTML
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spring, GoLang, Javascript, Typescript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with MySQL, Spanner, and GCP.
- Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pick up skills on a new tech-stack rapidly.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a tech environment.
