About the role
- The Director, FP&A is responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis function.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly forecasts for revenue, expenses, cash flow & profitability.
- Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop strategic pricing models for new and existing business to ensure competitive bids and profitability.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis for senior leadership.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance.
- Support leaders in developing budgets and managing costs.
- We deliver claims processing services, including digital transformation, claims adjudication, contact center, and member and provider engagement solutions.
- This role partners closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support decision-making, improve business performance and drive long term value creation.
- Drive accountability for achieving financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years of financial leadership experience
- Experience with M&A and Corporate Development
- Experience partnering with senior executives and operational leaders.
Nice to have
- Professional designation preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA).
