About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
- You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
Responsibilities
- You'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our fleet of vehicles, and take on various tasks at the branch.
- Employee Assistance Program Access support whenever needed through our Employee Assistance Program

Skills
- You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
- You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
- You are communicative and articulate in English
- You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time
- You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
