Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Maintain and improve scalable accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies that support rapid company growth.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to improve financial visibility across programs and purchasing activities.
Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of accounting systems, reporting tools, and process automation.
Experience developing internal controls and improving accounting processes.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a technology, aerospace, manufacturing, or hardware company.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
Experience supporting venture-backed startups or rapidly scaling companies.
Experience with manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, or project accounting.
Familiarity with government contracting, FAR/DFARS, or aerospace accounting requirements.
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Experience using modern ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
