About the role

  • The Business Development Representative will be focused on the Hospitality vertical.
  • The ideal candidate will also have stellar writing skills and creative flair.
  • It is important that the BDR has strong internal relationships throughout the organization and is unafraid to reach out to our hospitality customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and validation to support regional sales strategy
  • Perform administrative duties to support the sales team including scheduling meetings, demonstrations, webinars and team reporting on a weekly basis. Weekly average setting up 3-5 demonstrations
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and the marketing team to create relevant sales materials and resources for all accounts, including email content and cadences
  • Manage and follow up with leads from trade shows, webinars, website
  • Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your "go-to" person for questions.

Requirements

  • Other duties as assigned, ability to travel on occasion as needed

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or similar preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including Salesforce.com, GoToMeeting, and GoogleSuite.

Compensation

  • $55k-$60k

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - 60,000 plus commission, and benefits.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.

  • The Opportunity
  • They are responsible for assisting sales management with various administrative tasks that include, but not limited to, the following: assist in monthly report preparation, research target information using the current data analytics platform, work with sales reps to update account, contact and opportunity information in Salesforce, help execute on various sales projects, and perform assigned tasks on a daily/weekly/quarterly/annual basis.

  • Receive and make telephone calls and create email correspondence, directing appropriately to assigned to corporate brands and management companies. Weekly average 500+ emails and 100+ calls.
  • Learn all solutions and be able to demonstrate solutions online with customers and prospects
