About the role
- This is a rare opportunity to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it means to join Rowspace.
Responsibilities
- Build talent pipelines and processes from the ground up
- Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
- As an early recruiter at Rowspace, you'll help build the talent engine that powers our next phase of growth from the ground up.
Requirements
- Strong instincts for talent by assessing for both skills and culture fit, and you know the difference between the two
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (Ashby knowledge is a plus)
- Experience recruiting for GTM or finance-adjacent roles is a plus
