- You'll help keep content organized, findable, localized, and ready for multi-channel use across global teams.
- This role reports directly to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, Autodesk Education Experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for AEX Content Marketing, including project plans, work-back schedules, planning trackers, timelines, status updates, and other planning control tools
- Manage content administrative tasks, including capturing and organizing downloads from agency partners, formatting content for multi-channel use, uploading assets to the internal DAM, and maintaining SharePoint organization
- Lead maintenance of new and updated content on the AEX Marketing Resource Hub so assets are easy to find, current, and usable by internal teams
- Support logistics for customer stories, including coordination with internal stakeholders, agency partners, participants, and reviewers
- Own select distribution levers within the AEX content distribution strategy, helping content reach the right audiences across the right channels
- Support the Senior Content Marketing Manager in liaising with agencies to deliver high-caliber content that meets brand, quality, and timeline expectations
- Coordinate localization efforts to support global content use across regions, languages, and markets
- Support impact measurement through reporting that aligns with Autodesk reporting standards and practices
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to set goals, define workloads, manage calendars, track timelines, and report on progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Ability to move projects forward in a matrixed environment with cross-functional contributors, reviewers, and decision makers
- Comfort working across geographies and time zones on global projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, AI marketing tools, Adobe Analytics, or similar content and reporting platforms is a plus
- Curiosity, initiative, and inquisitiveness, flagging risks, and helping teams stay aligned
- You are organized, proactive, and comfortable bringing structure to busy projects with many moving parts
- You have a high bar for detail and quality, especially when preparing content for internal or external use
- You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and help stakeholders stay aligned on next steps
- You are curious about content marketing and eager to learn how content strategy, storytelling, distribution, localization, and measurement work together
- You are accountable and you are eager to learn
