Responsibilities
- Support incident reporting and investigation activities, including data collection and documentation
- Support coordination of site emergency response activities, drills, and training
- Support interactions with regulatory agencies by preparing documentation and maintaining records
- Support equipment and process safety reviews by gathering data and assisting with documentation
- Maintain accurate EHS records, logs, and documentation systems
- Support preparation and submission of compliance reports (e.g., HMBP, CERS)
- Build effective working relationships across teams and support a culture of safety

- You will regularly interact with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support safe work practices, compliance efforts, and EHS program execution.
Requirements
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting:
- Ability to follow established procedures and work independently on routine tasks

- The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.
- New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
- In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
