About the role
- This is a fast-paced, high profile position, supporting the Sr.
- From administrative tasks, to sales reporting, this role works with every department within Trade and is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented, and independent person who wants to learn about Children's publishing.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute weekly sales reports and analysis to Leadership team, including seasonal updates.
- Communicate Sales feedback to publishers in monthly call reports. Field Publisher requests for sales data, business reviews, and partner with marketing on sales assets.
- Maintain new rep set up and account coding in Oracle, approve invoices in Catalyst
- Create and distribute laydown contracts.

Compensation
- Annual Salary: 52,000.00
