About the role

  • We are looking for a Junior-Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing iQ AI team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on AI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or Next.js
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features
  • Experience building full-stack web applications
  • In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts' core platform.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications
  • Experience with Python for backend or data processing
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
  • Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
  • AI copilots for clinicians and administrative staff
  • Intelligent workflow automation tools
  • AI-powered documentation and summarization tools
