About the role
- We are looking for a Junior-Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing iQ AI team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on AI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features
- Experience building full-stack web applications
- In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts' core platform.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications
- Experience with Python for backend or data processing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
- Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
- AI copilots for clinicians and administrative staff
- Intelligent workflow automation tools
- AI-powered documentation and summarization tools
