About the role
- The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as a Client Support Specialist
- To coordinate and execute escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients, as well as maintain compliance requirements in the Rynoh escheat admin data-base and communicate effectively with clients and their escheat payees.

Requirements
- Microsoft Office Products experience required.
- Must be able to pass background check.
Nice to have
- Ensure RynohEscheat Pro clients are properly set up in Rynoh including bank accounts activated, holder(s) set up, Pro Letterhead uploaded, and imports, if needed.
- Quarterly compliance review and maintenance of escheat database.
- Responsible for filing state NAUPA reports, as assigned.
- General knowledge of escheat module, requirements, and ability to troubleshoot and correct any errors
- Successfully handle any duties as assigned by manager with little to no supervision
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support setting.
- Must have a greater than average understanding of computers and software with little to no hesitations on how to fix general computer problems.
