Responsibilities
- Design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain various building management and facility automation systems.
- Plan architectures for interfaces between various building management systems and with other systems, including SCADA solutions, local Historians and 3 rd party systems.
- Develop test plans and strategies for commissioning of facility automation systems either at vendor facilities or at the customer's site during installation, and lead an automation commissioning team.
- Develop project budget and schedules, integrating with engineering partner and client project management teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and clients as needed.
- Lead a team of facility automation engineers, overseeing and reviewing their work as the client's primary point of contact.
- Plan and develop system documentation deliverables, including functional requirements specifications and detailed design specifications for a variety of applications.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
- Support start-up and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- A self-starter acting as the working lead of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Experience with Siemens Apogee / Desigo platforms, Schneider EcoStruxure (EBO), Johnson Controls MetaSys, Honeywell Niagara BMS framework, or other relevant BMS platforms.
