We're seeking a skilled Senior Associate, Paid Search Marketing to join our performance marketing team.

The right candidate will own day-to-day execution of our paid search program, bringing both analytical rigor and business judgment to their work, proactively surfacing observations and contributing to strategy over time, and moving fast on opportunities.

3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 2+ years focused on paid search/SEM Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end.

Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.

Zone 1: $115,000 - $151,000 TTC (including $103,000 - $135,000 base salary) + equity

$106,000 - $140,000 TTC (including $96,000 - $125,000 base salary) + equity

$98,000 - $128,500 TTC (including $88,000 - $115,000 base salary) + equity This reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
