Serve as the ultimate authority to research, document, and implement guidance associated with complex technical accounting issues and regulatory standards.
Partner with cross-functional executive teams on a regular basis to identify corporate efficiencies and financial insights.
Lead finance optimization and innovation strategy to improve tools, systems, and processes as necessary.
This role focuses on driving institutional excellence, leading a tiered management structure, and serving as a strategic advisor to finance leadership to support our continuous enterprise growth.
You'll lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing corporate finance and accounting organization.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related field
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years public accounting experience
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and a team player

$222,400.00-$291,800.00 Annual
The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Direct and provide oversight for tax compliance and annual audit.
