About the role
- Responsible for driving the full employment lifecycle through: sourcing, screening and interviewing managerial, professional, and hourly staff utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, extending and negotiating offers.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in implementing a Multi-Region Operation (MRO) configuration of IBM's CICS
- Recent experience in implementing CICSPlex
- Experience in implementing CICS with DB2 Data sharing
- Experience in implementing CICS with ADABAS Cluster Services
- Experience with implementing CICS transaction security under RACF
- Experience in identifying CICS Transaction Server performance problems and recommending solutions
- Experience customizing 3rd party software products under CICS Transaction Server
- Experience at an expert level in tuning VSAM formatted files
- Experience in implementing CICS journaling under the z/OS Logger facility
- Experience installing and implementing a forward recovery system for CICS journals implemented in the IBM's Integrated Coupling Facility
