About the role
- The Lead General Maintenance Technician (GMT) work directly with our clients, engineering leadership, and vendors to keep the building operational. The GMT will perform ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on various equipment, perform minor repairs to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP's) equipment and ensure client satisfaction.
