About the role

You'll receive first-class mentorship and training on a breadth of research methodologies, techniques, and systems, whilst getting hands-on experience and learning on the job.
You'll become an active part of client teams responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish.
Completing checks on survey links, materials, etc.

Assisting in the design of questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.
Overseeing project tasks by the wider support team and meeting project timings
These are hands-on roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work that informs and inspires our clients while developing your career at pace.

At Explorer, Research Analysts are fast, efficient and accurate workers new to the research industry, who can quickly learn and apply new skills to ensure client objectives will be achieved.
As well as the enthusiasm to handle practical work and the confidence to ask questions or make suggestions on improvements, applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work well in teams and with a broad range of people
Capability to analyze data to extract relevant insights and practical recommendations

Utilizing existing & new technologies to improve efficiencies and overall quality
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

As part of Savanta, we offer a broad range of shopper research services, specializing in Pack, Planogram, Retail, Signage, and Path-to-Purchase research. Being part of the Savanta Network provides Explorer with global coverage while maintaining our consultative approach.
This position requires residency in Ontario, Canada. The role is currently remote, with potential to transition to a hybrid model based out of our Ontario office.
