Responsibilities
- This is a critical role within our operation that maintains reporting, problem solves unforeseen issues, and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient workflows.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding SCLS corporate safety goals.
- Must become highly proficient with WMS (Korber, formerly High Jump) and drive efficiencies through systemic improvements.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent guest service skills
- PC skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
- Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities
