- As a Float Nurse Practitioner we require that you remain a flexible schedule as we expect you to be available to cover shifts for absent teammate members as well as position vacancies, at a moment's notice.
- This Float role requires travel as it involves working at various locations when needed; teammates may work within the same state, or in multiple states and therefore being able to adapt to various work settings is a fundamental component of this role.
- This role requires collaborating with different teams in diverse settings and is expected to ensure continuity of work processes and procedures and ensure consistency with follow-through and/or transitioning tasks when needed.
