Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key accounts, graphics department and vendors to assist in de veloping merchandising solutions, marketing collaterals and concept renderings.
- Support brand manager in developing unique POP, creative and fixture requirements for all in-store activities to drive awareness for the Brand and New Product Innovation.
- Branded Incentives and SWAG - Collaborate with vendors to identify and source premium products that enable cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing sales and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, develop contingencies, and optimize resources to achieve goals.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
- Curious and customer-focused, with an interest in understanding market, consumer, and customer insights to support business decisions.

Requirements
- Whether you're starting out or bringing years of experience, we support your growth.
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding, Merchandising, or a related field, supported by a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or another relevant discipline.
Compensation
- Annual $500 Wellness Program allowance
- $55,000-$65,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus
