About the role

- Schedules and attends all event planning meetings with internal team.
Responsibilities
- Leads pre-event detailed logistic meetings to educate the internal team.
- Manages staff and vendors at chosen event site in order to coordinate details.
- Maintains records of all event aspects including budget summary.
- Collaborates with event stakeholders and key decision-makers to clearly identify and establish event objectives, needs, and communication guidelines for project updating and event budgeting.
- Identifies and manages potential issues and opportunities impacting desired experience production objectives.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to support colleagues.

- $45,196.93 - $84,071.39 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
