About the role

T he Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in a federally contracted ICE residentially facility.
The Custodian must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism while working in diverse environments.

We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, food service, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation requirements.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order and report equipment issues or supply shortages.
Assist with room setup, breakdown, and other facility support activities as assigned.

Ability to work in environments involving cleaning chemicals, waste materials, and varying conditions.
Capability to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations) Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations throughout the facility

High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling procedures.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation.

Documentation & Compliance Complete required cleaning logs, inspection reports, inventory records, and maintenance requests.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and briefings as required.

Bilingual Experience in healthcare, residential, institutional, government, or other regulated environments.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, infection control practices, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience operating floor care equipment and handling regulated waste materials.
If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.

This position performs routine cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, and general upkeep duties in compliance with applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards.
