Simulator Operations Technical Training Specialist Company: The Boeing Company BGS Commercial Training Solutions is seeking a Flight Simulation Technical Training Specialist to join the Miami Training Campus.
System Reliability: Well-trained technicians contribute to the reliability and performance of flight simulators, ensuring that they function correctly and provide accurate training environments.

Design and develop comprehensive training programs for flight simulator technicians, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Deliver high-quality training sessions utilizing diverse various instructional methods and technologies to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current with advancements in flight simulation technology and incorporate them into training materials.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification status.
Periodically provide technical support and troubleshooting for flight simulation systems during pilot training sessions.
Proper training of technicians helps maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of operational failures.

Associates degree + 5 years related work experience or Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience In-depth knowledge of flight simulation systems, maintenance procedures, and technical operations.
Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight simulation technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training in a professional capacity.
Relevant certifications (e.g., FAA Certified Maintenance Technician) are a plus.
