Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current with advancements in flight simulation technology and incorporate them into training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification status.
  • Periodically provide technical support and troubleshooting for flight simulation systems during pilot training sessions.
  • Proper training of technicians helps maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of operational failures.

Requirements

  • Associates degree + 5 years related work experience or Bachelor's degree + 3 years of related work experience In-depth knowledge of flight simulation systems, maintenance procedures, and technical operations.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight simulation technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training in a professional capacity.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., FAA Certified Maintenance Technician) are a plus.

Compensation

  • $105,000 - 120,000 Language
