About the role

For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented - we're here to change that.
Field is one of the levers that will make or break that plan.
They're on job sites, in dispatch offices, and on the road.

You own the calendar and you own the number.
Partner with go-to-market leadership to align event mix to pipeline targets and territory priorities.
Own Engine's relationship with regional travel organizations and partners, then build the playbook to expand the model to additional destinations.
Deliver clean post-event reporting to sales, growth, and executive leadership.
Manage and develop a team of two while staying hands-on as a senior IC.
Set standards for program quality, raise the bar on creative, and create career pathing as the function grows.
You'll be expected to ship fast, learn faster, and build the playbooks that turn one-off wins into repeatable programs.

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Pay Range
$115,600 - $160,000 USD
