Responsibilities
- As the Modern Agency of Record, it understands the nuances of today's attention landscape, empowering brands to win attention, drive relevance, and deliver business results.
Requirements
- Ability to lead in hands-on production bidding, and step in as a line producer, when required.
- Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc.
- 5-8+ years of experience in advertising production, with a background in bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions.
- Working knowledge of union and non union considerations
- You are a creative producer with multidisciplinary production execution skills.
- You are both creatively curious and operationally minded.
- You are a hands-on producer who completely immerses oneself in the work by leaning in to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels, for content that requires real-time culture and relevance opportunities.
- You are adaptable to evolving ideas and new ways of thinking.
- You are comfortable navigating agency and client dynamics, and your strength lies in translating creative ambition into clear, executable production plans.
- Experience & Qualifications
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus.
Compensation
- $95,000 - $120,000 USD
