Responsibilities
- The Finance Systems & Transformation Sr Specialist will serve as a key partner to the Finance organization, providing expertise across finance systems, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, while also supporting broader technology and transformation initiatives.
- This role will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, helping design, optimize, and scale finance processes and systems to support a modern, data-driven organization.
- Partner with IT and external teams to align system capabilities with business needs
- Translate Finance requirements into SAP functional designs and support delivery
- Support initiatives beyond SAP, including reporting, planning, data, and automation
- Contribute to building a scalable Finance technology ecosystem
- Drive standardization and simplification across Finance
- Support development of a single source of truth for Finance data
- Act as a Finance partner across Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Tax, and Treasury
- Support adoption, training, and change management
Requirements
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Finance systems and/or SAP Finance roles
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (close, FP&A, cost accounting, reporting)
- Experience with reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
