  • Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
  • All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.

Compensation

  • We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam.
  • On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000-$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).
  • $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.
