About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Vice President Global Enterprise Marketing.
- Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team's overarching goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain highly complex and rapidly changin g calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
- Coordinate special projects and events: Offsite events, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
- Plan and support quarterly All Hands and team onsites
- Collaborate with Business Operations team to support VP with leadership meetings, priorities, speaking commitments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience

Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 -- $174,700 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In California, the pay range for this position is $120,700 - $174,700
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
