About the role
- The Canadian Tire FP&A team plays a critical role in enabling strong financial performance in an evolving retail environment.
- The target salary range is between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 CAD Annual.
- This posting represents an existing vacancy within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and take ownership of the end to end forecasting and budgeting process by collaborating with the Petroleum business and other functional groups across the organization
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and support long ‑ term outlook planning aligned to strategic priorities.
- Build and enhance financial models that enable faster, more reliable, and more insightful analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives t o streamline reporting, forecasting, and month ‑ end processes

Requirements
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization in a professional and competent manner.
- experience with automation is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years business experience in an analytical field and solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements)
- Familiarity with HFM, financial systems, or ERP environments considered an asset.
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent
Compensation
- Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual.
