About the role
- Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we're excited to hire a Transfers of Assets Analyst to join our growing Operations Team.
- As a Transfer of Assets Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role in helping client assets move onto the Altruist platform accurately and efficiently.
- Please note: This is a hybrid role based out of our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience
- You'll review incoming and outgoing requests, submit transfers, resolve exceptions, and partner with internal teams and external firms to keep transfers moving and improve the client experience.
- Our offices are intentionally designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working as an Analyst at a Financial Services company
- You possess a strong knowledge base, the ability to discover the unknown, and are open to differing perspectives.
- Prior experience with ACATs/Non-ACATs
- Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Business, but not required
- Experience - 1 year of experience working as an Analyst at a Financial Services company
- An understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules
- Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Business, but not required
