About the role

The primary responsibility will focus on accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements, intercompany transactions and daily cash reconciliations.

Requirements

4+ years of overall accounting experience
4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting

Compensation

this role will pay between $25.00 and $38.00 per hour based upon experience.

Company info

Receive, verify, and process AP invoices using Ramp
Process employee expense reports, review for accuracy of coding, verify approval and in line with policy using Ramp
Vendor setup & maintenance
Support weekly payment runs
Daily Cash Reconciliation
Support the month-end close
Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed.
Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned
