Invesco's Internal Consulting team acts as a trusted advisor and transformation partner to senior leadership and business units.
The team combines structured problem-solving with deep institutional knowledge to deliver high-impact change initiatives that align with the firm's strategic priorities.
Our work spans operating model design and implementation, operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, digital transformation, and large scale enterprise transformations.
This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement business and technology solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive implementation.
Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Develop business cases, future state designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Bachelor's Degree (minimum) Other Personal Attributes Required
Proficiency in executive-level presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint).

7 years of management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred).

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior executive level.
