Responsibilities
- Invesco's Internal Consulting team acts as a trusted advisor and transformation partner to senior leadership and business units.
- The team combines structured problem-solving with deep institutional knowledge to deliver high-impact change initiatives that align with the firm's strategic priorities.
- Our work spans operating model design and implementation, operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, digital transformation, and large scale enterprise transformations.
- This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement business and technology solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive implementation.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop business cases, future state designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum) Other Personal Attributes Required
- Proficiency in executive-level presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint).

Nice to have
- 7 years of management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred).
