About the role

- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors regarding platform functionality, navigation questions, account reviews, and transaction-related inquiries.
- Resolve complex service requests and escalated issues while ensuring a high-quality advisor experience.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding, training, data integrity, and operational excellence across the wealth services organization.
- Advisor Support & Relationship Management
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars, and development programs for advisors, Registered Representatives, and Investment Advisor Representatives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users as needed.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, security rights, and group assignments across supported systems.
- Manage the flow of data between Black Diamond and related platforms, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity through regular audits, updates, and validation activities.
