About the role
- Who Are We: Prism Healthcare provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults aged 1-21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Job Responsibilities: You'll work 1:1 with client's in-home settings, using a play-based approach tailored to each child's unique interests.
- Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and ensuring a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- This role involves collecting and analyzing data on client progress and providing direct client interaction and support.
- Safety awareness and adherence to established protocols are critical to maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace.
- The opportunity to create meaningful changes in children's lives
- Ongoing support from Case Supervisors and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
- Must have at minimum a High School Diploma
- Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

- Behavioral Technician Experience
- Therapists who are fluent in Spanish are highly requested but not required.

Compensation
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
