About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical execution, and delivery ownership.
The ideal candidate is a strong engineering leader who remains technically hands-on.

You will develop a team of data engineers, translate business priorities into technical plans, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-governed data solutions.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
6+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience managing or formally leading data engineers.
Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python, with recent experience building production data solutions.
Demonstrated ability to balance people leadership and delivery management with direct technical contribution.
Experience with cloud-based data technologies, preferably AWS.
Experience designing, building, and supporting production-grade data pipelines, data products, and platforms.
