About the role

We are adding a n experienced Senior Client Service Associate to our team!
This role is ideal if you are passionate about client service, operations, and project management in the financial services industry.

Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the new client onboarding process, managing the implementation of accounts and services, and ensuring all related actions are completed with precision.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing high-touch service and proactively addressing their needs.
Independently handle non-Advisor-related inquiries, including administrative support, and money movements.
General Office Support: Assist with ad hoc projects and office management responsibilities as needed to support the team.
Proven ability to manage multiple client service functions, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences.

The expected base salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
