Responsibilities

  • Sales & Operations Planning - Assist in developing the Demand Plan based on sales backlog.
  • Supply Planning - Support creation of the Supply Plan using production inputs.
  • Forecasting - Support forecast throughout the month.
  • S&OP Implementation - Support ongoing S&OP rollout, including forecasting and inventory management improvements.
  • Material Planner Management - Support Material Planners and oversee supplier releases.
  • Daily Shipment Coordination - Partner with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments.
  • Cycle Counting - Support cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • System Improvements - Support continuous improvement of material management systems.
  • On‑Time Delivery Support - Contribute to achieving customer OTD goals.
  • Aftermarket performance - Contribute and drive AFM channel to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self‑development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

  • Plant Shipment Goals - Contribute by driving monthly shipments to meet AOP goals
  • Strong understanding of MPS/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and ability to integrate with JIT and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong effective leadership skills
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement tools such as pull systems, process mapping, and JIT.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read production drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
