About the role
- Passion for working with data and an analytical mindset to turn raw data into actionable insights using various tools (Excel / Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude Code, etc.)
- Strong team orientation with collaborative style; ability to work effectively across internal teams, communicating clearly and comprehensively to meet project deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of our semiannual compensation processes
- Own the pay reporting process for the various geographies Affirm supports
- Leads with strong judgment and integrity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics
- Experience with compensation management systems (with a strong preference towards Pave)
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- ability to work effectively across internal teams, communicating clearly and comprehensively to meet project deadlines
- Proven ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- ability to distill complex concepts/information to employees and Senior Leaders in a digestible manner
Compensation
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $145,000 - $205,000
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $128,000 - $188,000
